Relaxation exercises

1. Eye movements with closed eyelids – up, down, right, left.

Eye rotation.

Pulling the eyes in and protruding them out.

This exercise helps to quickly restore vision and relieve fatigue.

2. Lie down in a Bionet Mask comfortably and “listen” to yourself.

How do the eyes behave?

What is felt?

Do any figures, images, associations appear.

You can easily watch this process. The Bionet Mask can be put on not only on the eyes, but also on various problematic parts of the body (arm, throat, forehead, etc.).

The Bionet Mask will contribute to the restoration of the organ or system.
