The first melody, look into your eyes without focusing on them.

This is a dive into the present.

Therefore, look at yourself with love, realizing that there is no one closer to you.

You can look at yourself as a jerk, realizing that only a jerk can sit in front of a mirror like that and stare into his own eyes. It is important that you do not try to examine yourself critically, noting certain shortcomings in your personality.

The next tune is a load into the past.

You look through your eyes at the entire family line and love everyone in this past, because thanks to them you exist.

The probability of your birth is extremely small, but you see this incredible event.

The next tune is a journey into the future.

The future in which your intention has already been realized.

Usually at seminars, the majority sees different pictures for different subjects. But a special environment is created there, in which it is much easier to see. Not everyone sees different faces. Some don’t see anything at all.

And in conclusion, on the next melody, look at yourself in the present, but you understand that this is already a different present, changed, in which your intention can already begin to manifest itself.

In this technique, you can go to another reality by making such a turn along the time spiral.

About music for this lesson

The name of the melodies and the performers are a secondary factor, it is more important that the first melody immerses you in the present (feeling of the moment, melodies that cause an emotional positive outburst are well suited).

The second one shifts to the past (a state of recollection, melodies that stand out clearly in past events, for example, in school or childhood).

The third – into the future (a state of dreaming, melodies that excite consciousness to accelerate thought, perspectives).

The melody in this practice is an external conductor of the time parameter.

This practice requires active work of consciousness. Melodies are only settings for the implementation of shifts of consciousness in time, setting the vector for time shifts.

Consciousness needs to “move”, with the help of thought processes, fixing in the present, stretching the consciousness as far as possible into the past (considering events with the time vector back from the point of the present ), and then making “jumps” to the points of future options.
