Reloading
If there is a desire to clean the energy from all unnecessary things (tails, parasitic channels, etc.), and at the same time clean the mirror, this technique:
We look in the mirror, completely examining the face / body, without any judgment, just looking.
We take foam (!) for washing windows and start splashing it with the image in the mirror so that nothing can be seen.
Then, wipe the mirror with a newspaper.
Again, we examine the face / body in the mirror, we see the purified energy, the renewed ourselves, we rejoice.
